Natural Cure Social Anxiety - 2

My last post on "natural cure social anxiety" received many compliments so I thought I would treat you to another beautiful photograph. This time Glencar Waterfall in Lovely Leitrim, a county in Ireland. This is a place made famous by William Butler Yeats which he mentions in his poem "The Stolen Child".

There is a lovely walk that takes in this view of the waterfall. If you stop and watch the waterfall you cannot but be taken in by its hypnotic qualities. Here again nature provides some soothing relief for the anxious and troubled mind. If you ever visit Ireland take a visit to this beautiful and natural healing place. In the meantime enjoy the photograph provided compliments of pdphoto.org

I will share with you the first verse of Yeats lovely poem "The Stolen Child"

Where dips the rocky highland
Of Sleuth Wood in the lake,
There lies a leafy island
Where flapping herons wake
The drowsy water-rats.
There we've hid our fairy vats
Full of berries,
And of reddest stolen cherries.
Come away, O, human child!
To the waters and the wild,*
With a fairy hand in hand,
For the world's more full of weeping than
you can understand.

Another natural cure for the anxious among us !

One Move (TM) Technique - Joe Barry & Panic

Joe Barry is a former sufferer of anxiety and panic attacks. He knows what it is to suffer a severe panic attack. He tried many various treatments to try and overcome his condition. Having worked out what cured his symptoms he developed a completely natural approach to eliminating anxiety and panic attacks. This revolutionary technique is now taught by Joe. It is now known as the One Move(TM) technique. It is an advanced cognitive technique born from traditional psychology practices. The bottom line is that it works.

An eminent Consultant Psychiatrist Dr. Alasdair MacDonald said of Joe's approach "you express a lot of the current ideas very clearly and I like your approach to finding what works for individuals. I also like your style of writing which I think has the potential to encourage and empower clients to tackle the situation themselves"

Natural Cure Social Anxiety

One natural cure social anxiety and other stresses is regular brisk walks in the countryside or near the seashore. After a stressful day nothing works better for me. Below is a particularly beautiful place for such a walk. The sheer scale and beauty of the scenery is overwhelming. The photograph below was taken of the Slieve League cliff face in County Donegal on the West Coast of Ireland. This coast line boasts particularly dramatic scenery. The raging Atlantic ocean has taken its toll over the generations. Can you imagine what it feels like to stand on this cliff top looking out to sea with the winding blowing through your hair and the taste of salty sea spray on your lips. (2000ft drop to the ocean - awesome) I have done it! It is a truley amazing experience. You cannot but be touched by the nature and its beauty. Stress and anxiety just evaporate. You walk away exhilarated.

Photograph compliments of http://pdphoto.org
Take a moment and visualize standing at the highest point looking down that 2000ft cliff face.

I strongly recommend you build a brisk walk in to your daily routine as it is a natural cure social anxiety and for many other medical conditions. In future posts I will include other natural cures social anxiety.
